week 4 unit 1 production and performing arts.

this week in production i began writing my essay that i got assigned about being a finance manager in the theatre, it has to be two pages long and what has to be included in the essay is

• what does a finance manager do
• why do they do it
• how do they do it
• how did they get there
• what do they get paid

this week in performance we continued rehearsing the identity play which we are going to perform on Wednesday but as usual before we start rehearsing we do the usual warm ups so we don't lose our voices and to release tension in our jaw.

when we rehearse we always try to speak clearly and talk from our gut not our throats.

the one thing I've learned is that acting is meant to be over the top your not meant to act normal, I've also learned about body language and when your talking face the audience so they feel included.

this is the model box me Kieran and Megan worked on for the project, the reason we chose this band ( ALL TIME LOW) was because others were choosing very mainstream artists for there project and the way they set up for the show is different from a rock band, the way all time low set up is because there a band they have a guitar tech, and a drum tech to check over their instruments.
